IRVIN / IRVINE
Joseph Irvin was born in Northern Ireland. He came to NB in the early 1800’s and first settled at Point de Bute, then at Tidnish, Westmorland County. He married Ann Tingley and had seven sons and three daughters.

Thomas Irvin was born c1795 in Ireland and died after 1839. He married Margaret Jane Bell, born before 17 Aug 1796 at Down Patrick, County Down, Ireland, the daughter of John and Jane (Black) Bell. She died 6 Apr 1883. They came to NB in 1820 and first settled at St. Andrews, then in 1836 moved to Little Ridge, Saint James Parish, Charlotte County.

IRVINE
Arthur Irvine, born c1808 in Ireland, died 2 Nov 1897, came to NB in 1836 and settled in Saint John. He married, 2 Jan 1844 in Saint John, Margaret Burns b. 1809, died 31 Mar 1869.
The only child mentioned, Mary Ann Irvine b. 1844 in Saint John, d. unm. 9 Mar 1939.

David Irvine, born 26 Nov 1831 at [Crimland], Fermanagh, Ireland (Should be Crimlin), the son of Robert and Mary (Ellis) Irvine, died 29 May 1924. He came to NB and settled at Centreville, Carleton County. He married Jane – born 1834, died 1917.
