Chapters

“Culture is not preserved in a central museum; it lives in the neighborhoods where it landed. Local chapters ensure our province’s Irish history is remembered right where it was made.”

ICCANB Chapters

Irish descendants can be found in all regions of New Brunswick.  To address this, the Irish Canadian Cultural Association of New Brunswick is structured to provide province-wide coverage of Irish-related topics and issues. There are four Chapter areas designated for the province.

Each Chapter has its own Executive Committee and membership for the purpose of organizing activities, events and information. Persons not near one of the regional Chapters can join as a Member at Large and are managed by the Provincial Executive Committee.

The Provincial Executive body of the organization provides advice and guidance for the Chapters and deals with matters common across all Chapters.
